How to Place an order ?

You can place your order online, or you can phone Sandi directly.  The website will not take your payment.  It will calculate your products and estimate your shipping.  When the order is received, Sandi will give you a call or an email to go over the order with you.  When everything is good to go, you can give your credit card information by phone or send an e-transfer.  We do some Paypal payments as well, but generally just for international purchasers.

Payment Options

This is not an e-commerce website, so payment is not taken via the website.  We can take credit card information by phone or payment by e-transfer.  Paypal can be used, but generally only for international customers.  For club orders, we generally prefer a club cheque. Of course we love all kinds of payment if we are lucky enough to see you in person!.

How to check your order status ?

Items are most often shipped Canada Post Expedited service.  If you have provided an email address then you should receive updates from Canada Post.  The website is supposed to allow you to track your shipment, but that’s not working yet (hopefully one day).

If it hasn’t been shipped yet and you are wondering what’s going on…send Sandi and email and she will give you an update.

Cancelling Order

Made a mistake on your online order?  No problem!  Just send us an email or give Sandi a call.

Gift Card

We can make gift cards in any denomination.  We happily accept them back as regular payment.  Please watch the expiry date as they generally expire one year after purchase.  No worries if you can’t redeem it in person, just contact Sandi and it can be used with online purchases.
